About Me

Like every living being, my life can be seen as a journey divided into several chapters—each shaping my perspective on humanity, truth, and art.

Childhood and Adolescence | The First Sparks

My childhood experiences, shaped by a family situation that was different from the ordinary, made me unconsciously sensitive to questions of identity and truth. At that time, I not only did not know the meaning of these words—I had not even heard them—but the feeling and awareness I carried toward these concepts were already clear within me. During my teenage years, after watching a play and doing a little reading, I suddenly realized that storytelling could be a bridge for pursuing these fundamental questions in life. From that moment, the two concepts—identity and truth—became my lifelong concerns.

Exploring Cinema | Finding a Personal Language

Soon, my path led me to the cinema. For me, this art was never just a medium—it became a language through which I could express my philosophical and human questions. Creating short films, documentaries, and experimental projects gave me the chance to test different ways of telling stories and to feel the complexities of human existence.

Encounter with Culture and Philosophy | Expanding Horizons

Over time, I realized that to truly understand art—especially cinema—it was not enough to study the art itself. One must also engage with culture and the history of human thought. Film techniques and tools can be mastered in a short time, but it is the deep understanding of culture, beliefs, and emotions that gives a film its soul and even justifies its very existence. This perspective led me toward cultural studies, where I could more closely examine the differences in thought across history and societies, and through that, better understand art.

Today | The Convergence of Cinema, Philosophy, and Culture

Now I find myself on a path where cinema, philosophy, and culture meet. My main concern is to explore how, in the post-truth era, cinematic narratives can redefine human identity and the meaning of existence. For me, art has always been a way to think, to question, and to move closer to a truth that may never fully reveal itself—but the value of life lies precisely in that search.
