During my teenage years, after watching a play and doing a little reading, I suddenly realized that storytelling could be a bridge for pursuing these fundamental questions in life. From that moment, the two concepts\u2014identity and truth\u2014became my lifelong concerns.<\/p>\n

Film techniques and tools can be mastered in a short time, but it is the deep understanding of culture, beliefs, and emotions that gives a film its soul and even justifies its very existence. This perspective led me toward cultural studies, where I could more closely examine the differences in thought across history and societies, and through that, better understand art.<\/p>\n
